The company was established by Jane Marshall, a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, who has 20 years experience at senior level driving the strategic HR agenda for private sector, business to business, highly specialised IT services and financial services organisations.

Jane is a strong HR generalist with a good depth of knowledge in mergers & acquisitions, outsourcing, performance management, talent management, organisation design, employment law, employee relations, employee engagement, resourcing and reward.

Jane keeps her professional knowledge up to date with continuous professional development, maintaining a strong network with the employment law sector, regularly reviewing publications from the CIPD, undertaking voluntary CIPD Committee work and regular attendance at business networking including West Cheshire & North Wales Chamber of Commerce of which Jane is a member.

Jane's vision for the business is to become a trusted HR partner and advisor to growing businesses, helping them to grow by supporting their people strategy and agenda as well as day to day support, documentation and advice.
